Our Associate Leadership Committee is an exceptional combination of the rock solid real estate experience and entrepreneurial success that Rick Cunningham, Anne Kennedy, and Michael Minson have to offer. Rick and Anne share a vision and drive to cultivate a powerhouse brand and obtain exceptional results through teamwork. In forming the San Francisco office, they joined forces with two of KWSF’s top agents.

Rick Cunningham

Owner / Operating Principal

A 20-year veteran in the business, Rick Cunningham has established himself as a leader in the industry as one of the top Franchise Owner-Investors with Keller Williams Realty International. His offices are located in San Francisco, Burlingame, San Carlos, Half Moon Bay, Los Gatos, Carmel, Almaden, Oakland, Santa Monica, Newport Beach, Los Angeles, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, and Honolulu. These locations are home to over 1,450 residential and commercial agents with $4.5 billion in cumulative sales. Rick earned his undergrad at Syracuse University, with an emphasis in urban planning and landscape architecture, and then received his MBA at the University of Georgia. He runs The Cunningham Group, a top producing real estate team in Los Angeles.

Anne Kennedy

Broker of Record / Partner

As a Bay Area local, Anne Kennedy has proved the perfect choice to co-lead Keller Williams’ Northern California expansion efforts. Anne is a real estate entrepreneur and multiple franchise owner and Broker. She is a licensed architect with a B.S. in Architecture with Honors from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Anne was recently named one of the 2015 Top 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley, and runs her own successful team, Anne Kennedy & Company, in Marin County.

Wendy Davis

CEO / Team Leader

Driven by her goals and fueled with passion, Wendy Davis has spent 14 years in Real Estate, dominating the demanding monstrosity of the Los Angeles Real Estate Market, from Hockey Players, to NBA Athletes and all the way through to LA's Major Investors. She is an ambitious entrepreneur, always taking the opportunity to excel in every and all fields of endeavor. Currently the #1 recruiter in the Inland Empire area of Southern California, Wendy brings 14 years of Real Estate experience to the Keller Williams San Francisco team, with 7 years as a KW CEO and Coach. She’s built and coached many teams in Southern and Northern California throughout her career, opening 3 Keller Williams Franchises in 3 years.

In her free time, Wendy can be found exploring San Francisco, hiking Lands End Trail, wandering through Golden Gate Park, or trying out one of the many food options San Francisco has to offer (Bellota is currently at the top of her favorites list).

Valerie Salvetti

Director of Residential Leasing & Relocation

A San Francisco native, Valerie brings 15 years of real estate sales experience and 25 years of real estate investment experience to her new position.  As an owner/landlord of multi-unit buildings in SF, Valerie brings years of first hand leasing experience and knowledge.

In addition to her passion for real estate, Valerie is also an avid runner and a certified yoga instructor. She feels a deep connection to her community, supporting local businesses and spending much of her free time volunteering for local charities.  You will also often find Valerie hiking the trails of the Presidio with her 7 year old Deer Chihuahua, Sandy, any given evening with friends and colleagues!

Michael Minson


Michael Minson brings over twenty years of professional negotiation, project management, and communications experience to the team, as well as ten years of experience as a real estate owner, investor, and property manager. A resident of San Francisco, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and MBA from Golden Gate University. Always a gentleman, Michael is a city ambassador, digital native, expert marketer, and, when it’s time to get tough, a bulldog negotiator. He is founder and leader of San Francisco’s Level Up Group.

Suzanne C. Gregg

Director of New Construction Division

Suzanne Gregg specializes in New Construction Projects, Income Property, Commercial Investments, and Renovation Opportunities in San Francisco. She brings spirit, perseverance, and dedication to her Real Estate marketing and sales career. As a San Francisco Native, she is well aware of the ever-changing cultural and socioeconomic diversities of our City.

Blanca Aguirre

Sales Manager

Blanca Aguirre, a Broker, has over 25 years of time tested real estate experience in San Francisco. A top producer for many years and manager of a local real estate office for over 9 years, Blanca was responsible for handling hundreds of transactions per year. She guided the agents through complex and tough negotiations.

Blanca’s seasoned perspective makes her an invaluable member to Keller Williams. She believes selling real estate is a commitment to a partnership between agent and client, and people are the most important part of her business.
